Processing Time

All orders are processed and packed for shipping within one week. Please contact us if you need to have the item by a certain date.

 

Shipping (US)

Our shipping and handling prices are calculated based on average weight classes for the items in our store. We are a small operation, but we try our best to keep our shipping rates accurate. We send all domestic packages via FedEx which is the most secure and easily trackable method of shipping. Every shipment we send is insured. If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We ask FedEx to require a signature for all items.Since we cannot be responsible for delivered packages that have been lost or stolen, we highly recommend selecting a delivery address that you trust.

 

Shipping (International)

International orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail unless otherwise stated. Any applicable taxes, tariffs or duties applied to the shipment are solely the responsibility of the buyer. Likewise, it is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of any laws that would prohibit the importation of certain items. We will not misrepresent the value of any item for any reason, and will declare the retail price in US Dollars on the customs form as required by law. We do offer insurance on international orders, however it only extends to the point where the item leaves the U.S. After that, it’s in the hands of your national postal system. If you would like to arrange for additional insurance to be added through a private company, please contact us before placing your order.

 

Damaged Items

We inspect and pack our products carefully to ensure you receive them in perfect condition. If you do receive a damaged item please contact us within 3 days of receiving the shipment. A claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier. We will give you instructions on how to do this, but following up on the claim will be the buyer's responsibility. Please keep the original items and all packaging material.

Returns

All our sales are final. We are sorry but at this time we cannot accept returns. 

 

Handmade Editions

Many of the items we sell are made by hand, and therefore each one is unique. Minor imperfections, variations of color and appearance are part of what make handmade editions collectible. We do our best to accurately represent all of our artworks and products with the images we've presented on our website, but please take note that these images should be used for reference only. Although all our images are color corrected for the web, we cannot guarantee that every browser will accurately depict the color tone, hue or vibrancy that is present in the actual work. We cannot accept returns on handmade items because of inconsistencies that are inherent in their creation.
